Health & Safety Tips - Safety Tips
- Drink plenty of water or other liquids.
- Take frequent breaks, especially when it's really hot or cold outside.
- Obey all signs.
- Don't go alone. Take a parent or buddy when you hike, swim or do other activities away from home. Make sure your parents know where you are and what you are doing.
- Know what the weather will be like and dress for it. Use the right equipment. Wear a helmet and protective gear when biking or inline skating. Wear a life jacket when boating.
